"I bought a pair of these while I was in Sweden. Although, I have custom made orthotics, they don't fit in my dress shoes and if you are familiar with Europe, everyone wears dress shoes. My friends were getting annoyed with me because I was complaining that I couldn't walk anymore. So, we visited a shoe store and the clerk recommended this pair of inserts. Needless to say, they work great! About 80% of the pain was gone immediately after I inserted them into my shoes. They aren't as great as my custom made shoe inserts, but the price is right and, unlike my custom made inserts, they fit nicely in dress shoes."
